and I see a motorcycle cop coming up behind me....everyone slowed down to 55...I change lanes and he comes up beside me and passes me....BUT GUESS what??? It wasn't a cop! It was some old man on a white motorcycle with black raingear on that even had the yellow stripes the cops wear! 
He was probably wondering why everyone was going so slow OR HE HAD A SMIRK ON HIS FACE FROM THE MOMENTARY FEEL OF POWER....
